The main out come is money , and the important part I observed is the customers needs and their behavior ,if you are doing a business you have to consider the consumer because they are the money source, Before this course I am only think about my needs and values ,but after this course I started think like a business man.

If I am doing a vegetable sellers business I am started to behave like a retailer , so now I am playing like a retailer .I observe his movement and my thoughts also like a retailer .

Ergonomics

Ergonomics is a science of designing job. I think the movement will decrease when he got more experience. If he got more experience he is reduce the movement and finally stick to only some kind of action for don his job. The most of the material designed by based on ergonomics.

How it’s a research tool

If you want to design a material so you can observe which person is going to to use this and what kind of ergonomics are happening , then we can research on that and make a product. In the case of a keyboard there is lot of ergonomics happening.

Persona means we are creating stories on the spot of the situation. The advantages of persona are we can survive in every circumstance. Persona will increase our imagination skill
